ABOUT INSAF MALAYSIA
"Insaf" means awareness or consciousness.
While the founder was deployed as a volunteer in various countries affected by earthquake, tsunami and other natural disasters, he was surprised by the lack of Malaysian technical relief organizations.
Although emergency medical relief is vital, shelter, clean water, sanitation and a sensible food program are just as important for the communities affected by natural disasters. Hence the idea of forming a new organization specialized in technical relief.
Insaf Malaysia is a non-profit organization that helps people regardless of race, religion, politics or gender, and relies on the generosity of organizations and individuals to continue its mission.
Seeing the gap in Malaysian technical relief while volunteering at disaster zones abroad.
Insaf Technical Relief Malaysia is officially registered with the Registry of Societies.
Hundreds of homes built, over a thousand students sponsored and volunteers ready to respond.

INSAF MALAYSIA PRESIDENT

Assalamualaikum
It is almost the end of another year and time for a little reflection.
The war in Iran has been dominating the news for months and it has had a direct impact on the world economy including Malaysia and our humble organization. Primarily because of the soaring prices of diesel, the cost of transportation and delivery has affected our logistics operation all over Malaysia and made a dent in our budget. But I wish to emphasize that although more prudently we are still carrying on with our chosen work.
For the past 10 months we have concentrated our efforts on our 4 clusters plus Education and Welfare. Our main programs have been Eye Screening, School Books, Vitamin C, and Back to School Program which aim to help students from a disadvantaged background.
The building of houses for the Orang Asal Communities (Tampal Rumah ) has seen the construction of 50 new beautiful wooden dwellings in the states of Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak and Johor.
Recently we have also revived our “Bumbung” Program (repair and/or rebuild a roof) in the state of Pahang where a few families were in need of practical help.
We sincerely hope that the New Year can bring everyone some financial respite so that we all can see a better future and in our case more support for our work.
Finally I want to thank our donors, staff, supporters and volunteers for their invaluable positive energy and loyalty.
Thank You.
